InviziShield™ is currently only licensed as available within Canada. *Shipping is included up to maximum value of: $50. Each prize pack then contains a value of up to $90. Winners will be announced (first name and first initial of last name only) in our Live stream of the draw, as well as be contacted by Private Message the same day. Winners email will be requested, and emails will go out requesting shipping information, and once the prize packs have been sent, so make sure to mark us as safe for your inbox!
By accepting the prize pack, winners permit SmileSonica, Inc. to send a follow up email within 10 days of estimated shipping arrival date. This email may include but is not limited to: Review Request Links, Confirmation of Receipt, Product Satisfaction, Product Use Information, and other demographics. At no point will the winners be required to confirm age, gender, race, religious affiliations, or other potential discriminatory agents.
Winners permit a total of up to a maximum of 5 unsolicited communications. Three attempts to contact winner via Facebook Messenger (+ # of communications required to gather relevant shipping data), one email to confirm send out, and one follow up email. All other communications between Winner and SmileSonica, Inc. will be initiated by the Winner, including those by phone, email, and social media platforms. Winners also consent to having their First Name, and the first initial of their last name, published on various social media platforms, read aloud in Live Stream and Recorded Video, published on SmileSonica, Inc. affiliated websites, as well as an announcement in the following monthly newsletter.
Information collected by SmileSonica, Inc. in regards to this Giveaway is to be used solely in the purpose of SmileSonica, Inc. future promotions (restricted to being as listed above) and will never be sold, given, traded, or made available to other sources other than SmileSonica, Inc. affiliated and controlled sites, platforms, and media. All privacy rights will be respected.
Award Guarantee: In the event a drawn winner declines the prize pack, an alternative winner will be drawn privately, and announced in writing and private communication, within 48 hours confirmation of decline, or within 48 hours of 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact the winner. All prizes as described will be awarded. Draws will continue until all prize packs have been claimed.
